HVLP

The HVLP High Volume Low Pressure Wash Systems are designed to handle high volumes of water for flushing dirt, mud and other debris off of equipment. These completely automatic systems draw water from the collection pit and process it so that it can be reused in the washing operation.
 

ALL THE WATER YOU WILL EVER NEED

HVLP Wash Systems are available in sizes to deliver up to 200 gallons of water per minute, or more if needed. Even if you have very high volume requirements, a HVLP is available to deliver the required amount of water for flushing mud and other debris from your equipment. The HVLP maintains the correct amount of water in the system, adding make up water as required. Your water usage and expense will decrease dramatically compared with using a fresh water supply. And sewer charges, which are often substantial, may be reduced significantly or even eliminated.

HVLP 102 The HVLP 102 treats 75 gpm at 60 psi for medium size demuding operations. This unit operates completely automatically, ready to deliver water as needed. A 5 hp pump is provided. The control and pumping module is rectory assembled and tested, and all piping and other components are preassembled as much as practicable for quick, easy installation and startup. Overall size of the control and pumping module is 42: long by 20" wide by 51" high.
HVLP 112 The HVLP 112 treats 100 gpm at 60 psi for medium size demuding operations. This unit operates completely automatically, ready to deliver water as needed. A 7 1/2 hp pump is provided. The control and pumping module is rectory assembled and tested, and all piping and other components are preassembled as much as practicable for quick, easy installation and startup. Overall size of the control and pumping module is 42: long by 20" wide by 51" high.
HVLP 152 The HVLP 152 treats 125 gpm at 75 psi for medium size demuding operations. This unit operates completely automatically, ready to deliver water as needed. A 10 hp pump is provided. The control and pumping module is rectory assembled and tested, and all piping and other components are preassembled as much as practicable for quick, easy installation and startup. Overall size of the control and pumping module is 42: long by 20" wide by 51" high.
LARGER AND SMALLER SIZES AVAILABLE Larger and smaller sizes, as well as special features or other custom modifications are available for special applications.

 

High Volume Low Pressure Specifications 

Rated flow rate: 50 to 200 gpm or more for custom systems.
Electrical requirement: 230 VAC or 460 VAC, 1 or 3 phase.
Discharge pump: Self priming centrifugal cast iron pump mounted on control/pumping module. Draws water from storage reservoir. Supplies pressurized water for washing heavy mud and debris off of equipment and vehicles.
Electrical controls: NEMA 4 rated enclosure. Switches provided for power on-off, feed pump man-auto. Magnetic starter for motor.
Automatic stop/start Includes delay timer and control circuitry to shut off pump when unit is not used for a time period (set to 60 seconds).Will automatically restart when flow is turned on at nozzle.
Oxidizer metering pump: Electronic controlled diaphragm pump with stroke rate and stroke length controls and automatic degassing head for reliable operation. Injects oxidizer reagent in water to disinfect and control odors.
Cyclone separator: Centrifugal separator removes heavy solids and returns them to collection pit.
Hose and reel: Steel hose reel, 50' of 1 1/2" rubber hose and adjustable nozzle.
Overall dimensions: 5 ft 9 in long, 2 ft 8 in deep, 4 ft 3 in tall
