HOW THE HVLP SYSTEM WORKS

The HVLP High Volume Low Pressure Wash Systems are designed to handle high volumes of water for flushing dirt, mud and other debris off of equipment. These completely automatic systems draw water from the collection pit and process it so that it can be reused in the washing operation.

The solids separator removes much of the heavy sand and grit from the water as it enters the system. The HVLP System also adds an oxidizer reagent to kill bacteria and odors. The oxidizer is used to make the water more environmentally friendly and safer for personnel doing the washing.

ALL THE WATER YOU WILL EVER NEED

HVLP Wash Systems are available in sizes to deliver up to 200 gallons of water per minute, or more if needed. Even if you have very high volume requirements, a HVLP is available to deliver the required amount of water for flushing mud and other debris from your equipment. The HVLP maintains the correct amount of water in the system, adding make up water as required. Your water usage and expense will decrease dramatically compared with using a fresh water supply. And sewer charges, which are often substantial, may be reduced significantly or even eliminated.

ACCESSORIES FOR SPECIAL NEEDS

Accessories are available to improve operation of the HVLP Systems in special situations. A cover for the module will protect components in moist locations. Additional hose, reel and nozzles, and longer length hoses can be provided. Additional collection and settling tanks for convenient above ground installation are available. An oil skimmer is helpful if a large amount of oil is present. A pH Control System will automatically adjust the pH to a desirable value. Ozone addition can provide even better control of odor and bacteria. Other options are available and custom features are available when needed.
