 OILY WATER SEPARATORS SPECIFICATIONS

Oily Water Separators are available in two types in sizes rated at 4, 8, 16, and 25 gpm flow. The separators can be throttled to achieve intermediate flows, and in some circumstances be operated at higher flows.

OILY WATER SEPARATORS WITH PVC HOUSINGS

Housing construction is polyvinylchloride (PVC) for the utility type. Components are high quality and the separators are designed for long, troublefree service life. Maintenance required is minimal, but it is important that it be performed to insure proper operation. Separation means is by a polypropylene bead pack. Dual element sensing probes are utilized to more positively determine the oil level and discharge the oil when necessary.

OILY WATER SEPARATORS WITH STAINLESS STEEL HOUSINGS

Housing construction is stainless steel (SS) for the premium type. Components are high quality and the separators are designed for long, troublefree service life. Maintenance required is minimal, but it is important that it be performed to insure proper operation. Separation means is by polypropylene bead packs. Dual bead packs are provided for the premium units. Dual element sensing probes are utilized to more positively determine the oil level and discharge the oil when necessary.
